Perasan MP-2 will not cause any discoloration problem in poultry, and it has much less browning effect to delicate fragile produce such as lettuce. Perasan MP-2 can be used in water and ice for ready-to-eat meat and poultry product which exhibit high level of efficacy against Listeria, E. Coli and Salmonella, as well as many other pathogens and spoilage associated microorganisms.
