A new polymer-based, water-emulsion asphalt coating that exceeds old fashioned coatings both in convenience of use and durability. This product may be applied to wet or dry asphalt and dries in a fraction of the time of petroleum based products. Due to its polymer resin composition, this product resists acids, solvents and fuel spills better than oil based products, and, since it is a water emulsion system, cleaning is easy with soap and water. Covers approximately 100 square feet per gallon.
