This unique combination of ingredients markedly reduces surface tension which permits rapid, deep penetration of corroded parts. ALL FREE II has an affinity to metal which aids penetration. Residual oil film lubricates and provides protection against subsequent corrosion. Unique spray head permits spraying from any angle allowing ALL FREE II to reach areas otherwise inaccessible.
